In Blurred View, I’ve sought to capture the essence of those reflective moments through the soft, mist-laden landscape. The painting depicts a serene scene where birch trees stand by the edge of a body of water, their forms mirrored in the stillness of the surface. However, the mist hovering above the water blurs the clarity of the reflection, creating a softened, dreamlike view. This mist serves as a metaphor for how, in life, our reflections—whether on the past, present, or future—are often not crystal clear. Instead, they are softened by time, memory, and the haze of emotion.
